The treasure books are online books in which when you buy club penguin toys you can unlock items online. Its is both member and non-member. You can only unlock two items at a time. To unlock an item first buy a toy at a store and then go to www.clubpenguin.com, then click on the "unlock items" button when you log in with your penguin. Enter your code. then you will see the treasure book you can buy up to 2 items for free but if you dont buy two items and you close it you wont be able to go back and get it so be sure to get exactly 2 items no less.
